In August of 1982, Mr. Shearer and Mr. Warner came together to form Shearer Warner with a vision to build a different kind of accounting firm. From the very beginning, they believed that an accountant should be a trusted confidant and a true partner in a client’s daily life. As our reputation grew over the decades, we made a deliberate, conscious choice to stay small rather than expand into a larger corporate machine. Executive Biographies:

Don Madrzyk is the CEO at Shearer Warner, bringing over 42 years of dedicated accounting and financial experience to the team. He hold a Bachelors degree from DePaul University. Passed the Illinois CPA exam in 1984. He's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), he's a member of the Illinois CPA society, and he's a member of the AICPA member sections for Personal Financial Planning (PFP).

Michael Rosato is the Treasurer at Shearer Warner, bringing over 40 years of dedicated experience to the team. He holds a Bachelors degree from DePaul University. He passed the Illinois CPA exam in 1979. He's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and he's a member of the Illinois CPA society.

Denis Barrett is a CPA at Shearer Warner, bringing over 30 years of experience to the team. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and he's a licensed CPA. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society.
